Acted as a proxy Business Analyst, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to understand business requirements and operational workflows. Analyzed BRDs, scope documents, and functional designs to derive clear functional and non-functional requirement. Facilitating Product Backlog Refinement meeting.
