mATM stands for Micro ATM. It’s an app used for account opening and transaction processing basis biometric authentication. This app to be installed in Evolute tablets. The user can open Savings account, Salary account and also get many other benefits such as credit and debit cards which was to be implemented in future. Basically this app will be used by a BO in the bank who helps the customer to open the account through evolute device. Responsibilities included facilitating all scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. Acted as a proxy Business Analyst, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to understand business requirements and operational workflows. Analyzed BRDs, scope documents, and functional designs to derive clear functional and non-functional requirement. Facilitating Product Backlog Refinement meeting. Helping team in self-management and cross functionality. Helping product owner to improve the transparency and effectiveness of the product backlog.
