TCS BaNCS CWISS is a comprehensive insurance application, handling new product launches, policy updates, tax changes, and compliance CRs while supporting policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims across multiple LOBs. Managed defects in JIRA, participated in defect triage discussions, and communicated with stakeholders to review requirements, prepare test data, and provide daily execution status, ensuring timely bug resolution and high-quality software releases.
