Principal System Architect for Data, Analytics & AI at Swisscom
I graduated in 2014 from both Ecole Centrale Paris, one of France's leading Grandes Ecoles, and Université Pierre et Marie Curie. Thus I have two Master's degrees in Computer Science and Embedded Systems with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. For my end-of-studies internship I came to EPFL Artificial Intelligence Laboratory in May 2014 where I started working on a research project we later turned into a startup called ObViz that I cofounded. I am now working as a Data Scientist in the Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Group at Swisscom.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's diverse experience, ranging from academic research and startup co-founding to corporate leadership roles at Swisscom, suggests adaptability and a broad perspective. Their involvement in the European Venture Program and international internships (GEFA Bank in Germany) indicates an openness to diverse cultures and collaborative environments. The progression through various roles at Swisscom, including technical product ownership and system architecture, shows a commitment to growth and a willingness to take on increasing responsibilities. While the target role is 'Computer Vision', the candidate's direct experience is more heavily weighted towards Data, Analytics, and AI, with some foundational embedded systems work. This might require a specific alignment discussion to ensure their AI/ML background can be directly applied to computer vision challenges.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's career progression at Swisscom, from Data Scientist to Principal System Architect, indicates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management skills within large organizations. Their co-founder role at ObViz and participation in the European Venture Program suggest an entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and ability to work in dynamic environments. The description of managing communication teams at Centrale 7 also points to strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The project descriptions are clear and concise, demonstrating good communication.
