I build technology organizations and AI systems from scratch – inside companies that are scaling fast and need infrastructure that won't break. Currently CTO at Mixit – Russia's #1 cosmetics brand on Wildberries (country's largest marketplace), $378M revenue, 3.6× YoY growth. I joined a company with single legacy ERP and only one dev team servicing it. In a year, I built a 100+ person Technology division, a proprietary WMS able to process Mixit's volumes (11M units per month), a modern data platform, and ATOM – an AI operating system where every employee has a personal AI agent, every meeting feeds company memory, and strategy flows from goals to tasks automatically. Before Mixit, I co-founded Cactus as technical leader – an e-commerce infrastructure platform we grew from zero to $12M ARR and a $20M exit. I designed the product, architected the platform, built the team (50+ engineers), and scaled it to 1,000+ B2B clients. After Cactus, I built PhotoJam.ai – an AI-powered photo studio for e-commerce – and was selected for Antler MENA. I chose the executive path instead.
