Created and maintained dashboard for France, Saudi and Singapore region. Created a new version of account opening form for the end users for smooth onboarding as per the business requirements. Maintained the total cash flow of the customer daily by tallying the count from T24. Recorded and maintained trade and finance activities using various KPI’s. Developed and delivered a digital E-KYC form on business demand. Strictly adhered to bank code of conduct and ensured data protection and standards. Helped clients launch a new payment app 'PAYIT' to help merchants expand their business in the region. Tested the portal using regression method and API testing. Ensured a high standard of data protection and confidentiality of customers' data (e.g., Card details). Prepared multiple test cases aligning with business needs. Followed up on system incidents raised on JIRA tool and fixes on a timely manner.
