Analysed requirements and identified test scenarios for new features and enhancements in the Service Hub web application. Designed and executed functional, UI, smoke, and regression test cases to ensure smooth and error-free workflow across all modules. Logged and tracked defects in Jira with proper severity and priority and coordinated with developers for timely resolution. Performed API testing using Postman to validate response codes, payloads, and endpoint behaviour for major service request APIs. Successfully created 150+ detailed and reusable test cases, improving overall test coverage for the Service Request and Complaint modules. CyDrive is a canned software used for file sharing and collaboration that allows users to share files with others both within and outside their organization quickly, easily, and securely. With CyDrive, users can access their files from their file manager i.e., Windows Explorer, without having to open another application or log into a file sharing website. Files added or saved to the CyDrive folder are automatically encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Participated in discussions with client and framed test cases based on the client's inputs and business requirement documents. Manually executing the test cases that come in every Enterprise Release and Non-ER. Involved in Functionality testing, GUI Testing, Regression Testing, Compatibility Testing and Integration Testing. Worked closely with Client, BA and development team and thus avoided entry of many issues before testing phase. Provided training for the newly joined team members in the project.
Customer Self-Service Web Portal (CSS Portal)

The Customer Self-Service (CSS) Portal is a web-based application that allows customers to manage their service requests, view billing details, update personal information, and raise support tickets. Ensured that all critical and high-severity defects were resolved within the sprint timelines. Contributed significantly to delivering a stable build for UAT and production. Strengthened test coverage by revising and optimizing functional and regression test cases. Helped developers identify repeated defect patterns early. Designed comprehensive test scenarios and test cases covering functional, UI, and workflow validations. Streamlined smoke testing checklists. Ensured quick and reliable build acceptance for each deployment. Recommended UI improvements that reduced navigation complexity. Helped enhance dashboard readability and ticket management flow.
