During my last 25 years in the industry i have done a lot of different things - frontend, backend, tech-lead, team-lead in various teams and constellations, asp/php to c# and golang, wap to ios, been in client-facing to internally facing teams, delivering client projects to doing product development... and with a learning mindset i am now looking at the world of platforms and cloud (but not only...) Currently i am a consultant at Forefront Consulting, at hands at ICA Sverige where we doing lift & shift of the old data-platform to a new in GCP as well as bringing new things in, and besides that i am also partly helping Roxtec in their cloud journey I am also part of the Google Cloud reseller organisation at Forefront, if you are interested - reach out. --- previously --- Previously I worked at a e-commerce solution provider - Vaimo, an Adobe partner and resided in the Platform Engineering Team. In my previous role as a Platform Engineer i provide tools and services around continuous delivery (and more) and supporting the rest of the developers and teams at Vaimo and making their lives easier. Now days we are also merged with hosting services and has formed a new team called Platform Engineering so some time goes to supporting the developers with their cloud environments as well as well as maintaining and developing our underlying platform on top of Kubernetes. In the Platform Engineering Team we ran and operated production-grade clusters, developing and exploring inside the world of Kubernetes on GCP to be able to scale our infrastructure more easily and shift some of the responsibility towards development rather than operations. Delivery teams could go from zero to full infrastructure within a couple of minutes and have 100% control on the infrastructure themselves - an in-house PAAS if you will with tools like Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, ArgoC
