Expedia is a global online travel platform that provides hotel reservations, flight bookings, car rentals, vacation packages, and other travel services. The project focuses on testing the Expedia web and mobile applications to ensure smooth booking flows, secure payments, optimized search results, and seamless integration with third-party APIs, including airlines, hotels, and payment gateways. The goal is to deliver a user-friendly, reliable, and high-performing travel booking experience. Analyzed user stories and requirements to design automation test strategies and frameworks. Write test cases to identify automation opportunities, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Create and track the defects using the Jira board. Leveraging Maven for project build management. Develop and maintain BDD test scenarios using the Cucumber framework to ensure alignment with business requirements and functional specifications. Having knowledge and perform the load testing using JMeter. Identifying, automating and maintaining the test scripts. Involved in the implementation and automated test cases using Playwright with JavaScript. Performing sanity testing, bug retesting and regression testing for the latest builds. Configuring and managing Jenkins pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes. SASREF is an enterprise-level application supporting refinery operations, including process monitoring, reporting, and system integrations. The application ensures operational efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. Due to the critical nature of refinery operations, the system requires high reliability, security, and performance. The project followed Agile methodology, with continuous testing to ensure stable and high-quality releases. Reviewed and analyzed business requirements and user stories to validate end-to-end application workflows. Designed and executed manual test cases for functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing. Developed and maintained automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Core Java, and TestNG, increasing test coverage. Built and executed TestNG automation frameworks with data-driven and regression test suites. Performed API testing using Postman and REST Assured to validate backend integrations. Integrated automation with Jenkins CI and managed code using Git. Logged and tracked defects in JIRA with detailed documentation. Conducted cross-browser and basic performance testing using JMeter.
