Brain Tumor Segmentation Using Convolutional Neural Networks
January 1, 2017 – May 1, 2017
We used Autoencoder based approach to segment out the different tumor tissues from the healthy issue. We worked on BratS 2012 dataset provided by MICCAI. We got an accuracy of 83.623 %. We worked in python, keras and theano as back end. We used NVIDIA GTX Ti 740 for faster computation.
Zero Knowledge Proofs and Universal Hash Constructions
May 1, 2016 – Present
We proposed some construction to reduce the number of multiplications required in computing universal hash functions. We also implemented two zero knowledge authentication protocol which remove the headache of storing passwords at server side. In this protocol client act as prover and he proves server that he has the password without telling him the password and the client verifies it.
Online Book Selling Portal and Mobile App
August 1, 2015 – Present
We made an online portal and mobile application for IIITV students so that they can rate the different books in different genres. They can sell and buy books. It also consist a forum in it to discuss on different type of topics.
Image Steganography in Client Server Communication
May 1, 2015 – Present
It was the very first experience in the field of computer security and cryptography. We created a java application that could be used for sending data in the form of images to the receiver. The most interesting thing was in this we had done two things, one we encrypted the data and also we changed the form of data to make it more secure and intangible
Cepstral Analysis of Sounds
September 1, 2014 – Present
The project was an application of Signals and Systems. We had developed an algorithm that take two sounds as input and try to mix them and produce an output another sound which has properties of both the sounds.
Frogger Game
September 1, 2014 – Present
This project is more about the probabilistic analysis rather than a game. We had to develop an algorithm using probability distribution and complexity to make the frog to cross the road.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project history shows a diverse range of interests from cryptography and security to machine learning and signal processing. The academic background and research internships suggest a proactive learning attitude. The long tenure at GE HealthCare indicates stability. However, the projects are primarily academic/personal and lack explicit mention of large-scale distributed systems or cloud platforms typically associated with Big Data Engineer roles, which might require a cultural shift towards enterprise-level data engineering practices.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's progression within a single company (GE HealthCare) suggests loyalty and the ability to adapt and grow within an organizational structure. Project descriptions indicate an analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in complex domains like cryptography and machine learning. However, without psychometric test results, a full assessment of work attitude, stress handling, and team collaboration is not possible.
