Hi, I'm Kuntal Maity, a dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for software development. As a BTech student at the Government College of Engineering & Textile Technology Serampore, I have gained valuable skills in web development and programming. With experience working as a full-stack developer at Tata Nexarc, I have developed a strong foundation in software development. In my current role as a Software Developer at Tata Nexarc, I collaborate with the team to deliver multiple change requests . I have also implemented a backend database for various operations required by the software. I analyze and generate MySQL queries to optimize performance and enhance data management, delivering high-quality software that is defect-free by adhering to agile methodology. I have also developed multiple screens using JS, HTML, CSS, which are capable of performing in a multi-threaded environment. Working extensively in Java and Spring, I design and develop web applications, utilizing the Spring Boot framework to showcase data from the backend to the frontend in a user-friendly manner. As an Industrial Engineer at JG Hosiery Pvt. Ltd.- Lifestyle Retail Division, I drafted equipment layout plans to enhance workplace efficiency for new and existing production floors. I identified problems and recommended new processes to improve performance and reduce costs. I also designed labor utilization standards to balance worker efficiency with employee satisfaction, increasing overall productivity and satisfaction. I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Apparel and Textiles from Govt. College Of Engineering And Textile Technology, Serampore. I have also completed courses in Modern JavaScript: ES6 Basics and Python for Data Science from Coursera and IBM, respectively.
