To automate its Sales force related Activities and the Dealers activities info. This project was developed to maintain Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Solutions, Products, Opportunities and case managements. RLO application is built on Salesforce for professional edition licenses. In this project revolves around capturing the campaign and leads information and generating reports out of those objects. Sales automation for the client deals with capturing the list of opportunities for accounts, managing the sales persons daily activities using Meeting Manager object to track the sales people activities and to track various opportunities fetched by various sales persons.

As a customer-owner health benefits company, project was developed for building an automation solution to validate the Member benefits that are getting retrieved through Web Service by comparing with User Interface for correctness and completeness. Using the web application, Client wanted to provide their services to all Customers, providers and users. This project comprised of three modules: GCPS(Mainframes), Betsy (Web service) and BAM (web application). Providers can use this application to check the claim status and benefit summary of eligible patients and the status of the claims. Web based Applications are processed analyzed and tested by using Selenium Framework with JAVA which effectively processed to build a Verification report using extent Logger which is uploaded for the benefit summary information handled the content
RX CLAIM

In Rx-CLAIM, when a disaster happens, each member has to call Customer Care and ask for a refill too soon override. In such circumstances Customer Care has to create a prior authorization in the system for each member who calls in. Manual intervention in handling huge call volumes is a labor intensive process and is prone to error and delays. Aetna has requested this functionality of Rx-CLAIM so that their members need not place a call to allow a refill during disaster circumstances. Additionally, the MedD Team has requested similar functionality. The proposed solution to the problem outlined in Section 2.1 – Current State, is to create new screens to enter/alter disaster information and allow bypassing the Refill Too Soon edit for claims that would under normal circumstances, reject for RTS.
