Agent Eval Lab – Multi-Agent LLM Evaluation System
January 4, 2026 – Present
Agent Eval Lab is a multi-agent LLM evaluation framework designed to assess the reliability of AI-generated code. The system uses a collaborative workflow where a Generator Agent creates PyTest test cases and a Reviewer Agent validates their quality, requesting regeneration when necessary. To measure performance objectively, an automated evaluation harness runs the agent pipeline against a curated benchmark of Python functions and scores outputs based on syntax correctness, test coverage, assertion quality, and PyTest compliance. The framework also detects and logs common LLM failure modes such as hallucinated imports, missing assertions, truncation, context drift, and tool-use errors. Built with a focus on trust, reproducibility, and rigorous evaluation, Agent Eval Lab enables systematic benchmarking of coding agents and helps identify weaknesses before deploying LLM-powered development workflows.
