Book Recommender System

Built a personalized book recommendation system using collaborative filtering and a web application framework. The system accurately predicts customers' interests and recommends popular books, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collected and cleaned book rating data to prepare it for analysis and model training. Performed Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to understand user preferences, popular books, and rating patterns. Implemented Recommendation Algorithms such as - Collaborative Filtering (User-Based & Item-Based) And Content-Based Filtering (using book features like genre, author, keywords). Used Cosine Similarity and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) to calculate similarity scores between books. Built a hybrid recommendation model combining both collaborative and content-based approaches for improved accuracy. Visualized top-rated and most-recommended books using matplotlib and seaborn. Deployed the model in a simple web interface using Streamlit (optional if done). Documented the complete workflow and results for reproducibility and presentation.
Clustering Global Development Data

Collected and preprocessed global socio-economic and development indicators (e.g., GDP, literacy rate, life expectancy, CO2 emissions). Collected and cleaned data from global development datasets (such as World Bank or UN Data). Performed data preprocessing, handled missing values, and normalized data for model accuracy. Applied K-Means Clustering and evaluated cluster performance using the Elbow Method and Silhouette Score. Visualized results using Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Power BI to interpret clusters and key insights. Identified patterns in development indicators to compare high, medium, and low development groups of countries.
Air Quality (CO2 Emission) Forecasting

Developed a CO2 emission forecasting model using smoothing techniques and autoregression models. Deployed using Streamlit, allowing real-time updates for organizations to comply with government regulations and make necessary actions. Performed Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, correlations, and outliers in country-wise development data. Developed a machine learning model to analyze historical CO2 emission data and forecast future air quality trends for environmental monitoring. Collected and cleaned historical CO2 emission and air quality data from open datasets (like Kaggle or World Bank). Derived insights to help understand the impact of industrial and population growth on air quality. Visualized emission trends and forecast results using Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Power BI. Evaluated model performance using metrics like RMSE, MAE, and R² Score. Applied Machine Learning / Time Series models such as Linear Regression, ARIMA, and LSTM for future prediction.
