A full-stack Warehouse Management System with a React Vite Admin Panel and Node.js/Express REST API backend enabling managers to upload/parse PDF pick lists, assign workers, track deliveries, monitor performance, and generate audit reports with real-time updates via Socket.IO. Integrated Socket.IO for real-time push notifications – live dashboard updates for picklist status changes, worker assignments, and shortage alerts across all connected clients. Designed MongoDB schemas for picklist management, inventory tracking, delivery routes, user management, and audit logs using Mongoose ODM with full audit trail for 100% activity traceability. Built Excel import (ExcelJS) for bulk delivery route uploads with data validation, and CSV export (json2csv) for scan history and item allocation reports. Deployed React Vite Admin Panel on AWS Amplify with automated GitLab CI/CD (push → auto build → production); backend API deployed on Render with automatic redeployment on every push. Secured authentication with JWT (7-day token expiry) and bcrypt password hashing; implemented Tesseract.js for barcode/document OCR scanning capability on the worker side.
