Identified the highest-rated product category per branch using RANK() partitioned by branch, and determined the most common payment method per branch using CTEs combined with RANK(). Categorised all transactions into Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts using CASE and EXTRACT(HOUR) to analyse shift-wise invoice volume and support staffing decisions. Identified the top 5 revenue-declining branches (2022 vs 2023) using dual CTEs, year-on-year JOIN, and a calculated decrease ratio - supporting strategic branch review. Published complete project on GitHub with a structured README covering business questions, SQL logic, and key insights.
