Head of Product, Data & AI at SQUER, where I lead a 25-person business unit that helps regulated enterprises turn AI ambitions into production-grade reality. We work across AI Product Engineering, Data for AI, and AI Strategy & Governance, from discovery to delivery to handover. My focus: building teams and systems that ship AI into real products, not decks, not PoCs. Previously, I co-founded Unit 214 GmbH, a software consultancy I grew and later integrated into SQUER. My background spans full-stack engineering, machine learning, and business leadership. I believe the bottleneck in enterprise AI isn't ideas, it's trust, data readiness, and production discipline.
