My name is Karan Khandare. I have completing my btech in computer science and engineering from bmit 2026. I have good knowledge of Java, core java, web development, springboot, spring Data jpa, hibernate, jdbc and react.js. I have also familiar with the database like MySQL and MongoDB. In My final year I developed one web application, Talentra-Smart Student Campus, which is built on react.js and java Springboot as backend. it has various features like 3 role based authentication, student, college and company profile creation, and their individual features.

Talentra is a full-stack smart campus placement platform built with React.js, Spring Boot, MySQL, and Spring Security. It supports student, recruiter, and admin roles with secure JWT-based authentication and 20+ RESTful APIs. Features include an ATS-based job matching engine, AI-powered career chatbot, interview feedback system, and an automated student support module — delivering an end-to-end recruitment automation experience. • Developed a full-stack placement automation platform enabling seamless interaction between students, recruiters, and administrators • Implemented secure role-based authentication and authorization using Spring Security and JWT • Designed and built RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and integrated with MySQL database • Created a responsive UI using React.js and developed dynamic student profile management system • Built an AI-powered resume builder and chatbot for real-time guidance and automated support • Implemented an ATS-based job matching system with auto-apply feature (≥90 score) • Developed AI-driven interview feedback system with weak-area analysis and course recommendations • Designed admin dashboard and job management system for tracking student progress and recruitment activities
