Roles and Responsibilities: Requirement Translation: Analysed complex business requirements and user stories for Credit Card lifecycle management (issuance, activation, billing, and rewards) and Prime applications to map out comprehensive end-to-end testing and business workflows. End-to-End Functional Validation: Validated core credit card features including limit enhancements, interest calculations, fee reversals, and balance transfers, ensuring strict adherence to banking compliance and financial accuracy rules. Prime Application Workflow Analysis: Evaluated user onboarding, subscription renewals, and premium feature provisioning within Prime applications to optimize user journeys and ensure seamless digital experiences. Integration & API Verification: Tested and analyzed critical API integrations between core credit card processing engines, third-party payment gateways, and Prime customer portals using Postman to verify secure data exchange. Payment & Transaction Testing: Led the verification of payment processing, fund settlements, and statement generation workflows within credit card modules to minimize transaction failures and ensure data integrity. Business Analyst (BA) Bridge Between Business & Tech: Acted as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical development teams to clarify ambiguous requirements, reducing scope creep during project sprints. User Story & Acceptance Criteria Definition: Collaborated with product management to refine user stories and define clear, measurable Acceptance Criteria (Gherkin/BDD format), ensuring technical deliverables perfectly aligned with business objectives. Gap & Feasibility Analysis: Conducted detailed feasibility and gap analysis on legacy migration projects, identifying potential process bottlenecks and technical risks early in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). UAT Management & Stakeholder Walkthroughs: Orchestrated and led User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, conducting comprehensive test case walkthroughs with clients and business sponsors to secure final sign-offs. Defect Triage & SPOC Leadership: Spearheaded defect triage meetings as the Defect SPOC, prioritizing system defects based on business impact, severity, and operational risk to ensure timely project delivery. Agile Ceremonies & Story Estimation: Actively participated in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Story Point Estimation, providing critical insights into technical complexity and operational dependencies.
