Battery-Usage-and-Sleep-Pattern-Detection
October 12, 2020 – October 12, 2020
Through this project, our main motive is to design an intelligent method through which the device (a mobile in this case) can predict on its own the user sleep pattern. When would the user sleep or just stop using his phone and hence from these idle hours, one could predict the most suitable time for charging the device. So the main concern of this project was first to get hold of data acquired, from different users, that would help us figure out the exact time slabs in which the users did not use their phone.

Analysis involved various methods to explore and organize the data, including clustering, force-directed layouts, and a timeline for navigating through time-series data. To further analyse temporal attributes, the timeline was distorted through a force directed layout to spatially position time points according to their similarity. Sammon mapping, a variant of MDS, was used as a visualization approach for gene expression data sets along with the heat map-based strategy has been presented for visualizing the U-matrix from self-organizing maps (SOM).

June 30, 2020 – December 17, 2021
The objective is to process by generating textual description from an image – based on the objects and actions in the image. Using generative models so that it creates novel sentences. Pipeline type models uses two separate learning process, one for language modelling and other for image recognition. It first identifies objects in image and provides the result to the Inception-v3 model to convert into word embedding vector than into series of LSTM cells to get desired captions.

June 29, 2020 – September 11, 2020
Human activity recognition, or HAR, is a challenging time series classification task. It involves predicting the movement of a person based on sensor data and traditionally involves deep domain expertise and methods from signal processing to correctly engineer features from the raw data in order to fit a machine learning model.

View ProjectCultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project portfolio shows a diverse range of interests, from deep learning and data visualization to web development and operating systems. This breadth suggests adaptability and a willingness to explore different technical domains. However, the projects are all personal and lack details on team collaboration or impact, making it difficult to fully assess cultural fit in a professional team environment. The target role is Data Scientist, and while several projects align, the overall breadth might indicate a less focused career path at this stage.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
Insufficient data to assess soft skills and operational fit. The candidate's project descriptions indicate an ability to work on self-directed projects, but there is no information on collaboration, communication, or problem-solving in a team context.
