This is not the first and last pandemic. Currently, the information about the pandemic is highly fragmented, especially at the local level. Whereas one can find global information and trackers, it is difficult to find information that is relevant to your community. Furthermore, it is difficult for organizations, funders, companies, volunteers and local leaders to coordinate responses. This puts humanity and local communities at risk. FightPandemics was born to make communities more resilient to pandemics by facilitating access to information and coordinated responses.

View ProjectCultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project portfolio shows a strong inclination towards personal initiatives and diverse technical exploration, ranging from web development to mobile apps and machine learning. Projects like 'FightPandemics' and 'Web-BeirutCleanup' suggest a community-oriented mindset. However, the current experience level (0) and the single current role at Amazon as 'Data Scientist' with a future start date (2026) make it difficult to assess cultural fit based on professional experience. The breadth of technologies used across personal projects indicates adaptability and a willingness to learn, which are positive indicators for cultural fit in dynamic environments.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's project descriptions indicate a proactive and problem-solving approach, particularly with projects like 'FightPandemics' and 'iOS-HelpingHand' which address real-world issues. The approval of multiple iOS apps on the App Store suggests attention to detail and ability to deliver functional products. However, without specific psychometric test results or interview data, a detailed assessment of soft skills and operational fit is limited.
