Workday Finance Process

This project was a migration project and all the finance process were newly implemented in workday. Validated end to end finance recovery process in workday for the facets claim overpayments. Learned finance terminologies and integration workflows in workday. I worked in a team of four, handled day to day test activities and successfully delivered the project.
Claim Processing for the New Vendor

This project is the configuration of new vendor medical services in facets. We performed end to end validations from claim creation to payment process to make sure all existing process working correctly for the new vendor. Worked independently and handled calls with project team and business and successfully delivered the project with no post production defects.
Authorization Validation in the Claims

This project is an addition of new authorization services for a vendor. Performed validations on authorization flow and applying to claims in Facets application. Created authorizations for the medical and hospital services for the vendor and applied to the claims. Worked in a team of two, successfully completed the project in a stringent timeline.
