EchoRec: Client-Side Screen Recording Browser Extension

Multilingual Cryptocurrency Sentiments Analyzer

Fine-tuned XLM-ROBERTa (transformer) using PyTorch + Hugging Face for multilingual cryptocurrency sentiment classification (Positive, Negative, Neutral), achieving 91% validation accuracy. Integrated keyword-based overrides (e.g., FOMO → Negative, HODL → Neutral) to capture domain-specific crypto slang missed by standard training. Built a FastAPI REST backend to serve the trained model with GPU/CPU fallback, ensuring scalable and efficient real-time inference. Designed a fully interactive HTML/CSS frontend (with custom animations, gradients, and professional typography) for sentiment input and visualization of predictions. Implemented a real-time multi-input prediction interface that supports multiple tweets/sentences at once, automatically displaying results with colored cards, emojis, and hover effects. Delivered an end-to-end deployable system where users can paste multilingual crypto posts (English, Arabic, German, French, etc.) and instantly receive sentiment predictions.
