I've launched markets and built sales teams from zero in four countries and the pattern is always the same: find the wedge, build the playbook, hire the team, scale the number. Over 8+ years across India, UAE, UK and Nepal. I've turned launch bets into predictable revenue. A few of the runs I'm proudest of: • Built a Pan-India field sales motion from scratch at ShopDeck - 250+ sellers onboarded and generated ₹3.8 Cr+ revenue. • Made Cars24 the #1 player in the UAE and built an AED 1.5M/month insurance VAS stream from nothing. • Built a £5M+ OYO UK portfolio in 12 months (as the youngest team member) and Nepal launch to NPR 400M+ at 8% gross margin. What I actually do well: enter new markets, standing up field & inside sales, channel partnerships, design repeatable GTM engines (ICP, outbound, CRM, partnerships), and hire and lead front line teams of 10-20 who hit the number. I'm equally comfortable closing a deal myself and building the system that lets people close without me. Right now I'm consulting for early-stage startups on go-to-market and revenue and I'm open to the right full-time leadership role where there's a market to crack and a team to build.
