Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
AI is analyzing your overall score…
Identifying your key strengths…
Evaluating your skill match against the job requirements…
Assessing your cultural and operational fit
At InQuantic, we’re building from a hard truth: software doesn’t fail because it lacks features—it fails because it lacks understanding. As CTO, I focus on architecting agentic intelligence layers that sit above existing systems—continuously interpreting signals, reasoning across fragmented data, and taking action with context. Not workflows. Systems that operate. We design for high-stakes environments like healthcare and complex operations, where decisions are continuous and consequences are real. That means real-time signal fusion, structured reasoning, and controlled, auditable autonomy at scale. And we’re building with the next shift in mind—where advances in quantum computing begin to reshape how complex systems are modeled, optimized, and understood. This isn’t AI added to software. This is intelligence replacing it.

CompassLearning Support Forum
September 1, 2013 – Present
Worked in team of three to design CompassLearing support forum. The forum had completely changed the end-user and consumers experience of dealing with support issues and help needed regarding Compass products. The forum was entirely designed over force.com platform, using cutting edge javascript frameworks, Visualforce components. I worked extensively on designing and architecting custom apex class and wrote libraries that connects to third party company called MindTouch using REST API. Mindtouch which was third party document hosting cloud maintained the support documents. I was equally engaged in designing intensive apex code and wrote very scalable and modular components that plugs in four different data resources including Salesforce Chatter Communities, Salesforce Libraries, MindTouch document cloud and MindTouch Video services. Based on search query, the forums pull information from four different locations and bring all data one place for all types of solution the consumer seek for. We design custom ranking formula to rank the most popular and have dynamic leaderboard which was govern by forum usage/response, activity and best answer provided by end-user. Wrote powerful script to transfer community question and answer from zone to zone, share the script code in my blog post here http://www.oyecode.com/2013/08/master-detail-fields-not-writable-how.html The whole project was designed end-to-end using force.com platform and successfully managed to create fresh new engagement with customers and transformed itself a knowledge stop shop for both Odyssey and Renzulli (Compaslearing key products)

Delivered tested code with maximum code coverage to ensure quality in delivery and meeting expectation of user-base Used Google Map (V3 API) to present the information on the map, extensively used Jquery, Angular.js framework and advanced data structures to reduce post pack and handle all information on client base, which improved application response time significantly fast and reduced overhead of post back as well. Overwhelmed the customer base with lastest design frameworks including Twitter BootStrap, Awesome.Inc, Flat-UI, Microsoft (Metro UI) over HTML5 by leveraging responsive design pattern offering rich user experience

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's career trajectory shows a strong drive for leadership and innovation, moving from hands-on development to strategic CTO/VP roles. Their involvement in startups and open-source initiatives indicates an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to technology. The diverse project portfolio, while heavily focused on Salesforce in earlier career, demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to tackle varied technical challenges. However, the target role is 'Frontend Developer', which is a significant shift from their recent executive-level, infrastructure, and AI-focused roles. This might indicate a mismatch in current career aspirations or a desire to return to a more hands-on development role, which needs further clarification. The breadth of experience is high, but direct alignment with a pure 'Frontend Developer' role, especially at a senior individual contributor level, is not immediately clear from recent roles.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume highlights strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills through their roles as CTO, VP, and Director. Their experience in building and leading teams, managing executive relationships, and driving large-scale initiatives suggests excellent operational fit for senior roles. The descriptions also imply strong problem-solving and advisory capabilities.
