I am a data-driven software engineer focused on adding business value. I have mostly been working with start-ups, analysing problems, designing solutions, and delivering value in small, iterative increments that are easy to test and refine based on real user feedback. In recent years, I’ve been exploring how AI and machine learning (ML), particularly through OpenAI and large language models (LLMs), can drive proactive, personalised experiences in real-time applications. I've integrated conversational AI tools to support users in achieving their goals, and I’m passionate about finding practical ways for AI to add value rather than building AI for its own sake. I thrive in cross-functional teams that embrace a no-blame culture, where learning from both successes and failures helps us grow quickly and continuously improve. Understanding the "why" behind what we do and participating in decision-making processes is essential to me. It allows teams to stay focused on meaningful goals and create impactful solutions. Over the years, I’ve led teams, mentored peers, and contributed to the growth of those around me. I believe that strong leadership involves empowering others to succeed while learning from each other’s experiences.
