Built an end-to-end interactive sales dashboard analyzing revenue, order trends, and product performance across pizza categories and sizes using real-world data. Wrote SQL queries to extract and aggregate key metrics: Total Revenue, Average Order Value, Total Orders, Pizzas Sold, and Average Pizzas per Order. Performed data cleaning and transformation in Excel and Power BI (Power Query) to prepare raw sales data for accurate analysis and reporting. Designed two interactive Power BI dashboard pages: a Home Page with daily/monthly trends and a Best & Worst Sellers page ranked by revenue, quantity, and orders. Implemented interactive filters for date range and pizza category, enabling dynamic drill-down analysis for business decision-making.
Airbnb Price Prediction

Developed a machine learning system to predict Airbnb listing prices using features such as room type, amenities, number of bedrooms, and distance from the city center. Applied OOP principles to structure the codebase into modular components for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and prediction. Trained and compared multiple regression models: Random Forest, XGBoost, Gradient Boosting, selecting the best based on RMSE and R2 metrics. Applied hyperparameter tuning using RandomizedSearchCV and used SHAP analysis to interpret feature importance and understand price-driving factors. Followed a structured development lifecycle: requirement analysis, data preparation, model development, testing, and documentation.
