Developed core modules (TicketIngester, TicketRequester, TicketResponder) using Java, java 1.8, Log4j, Hibernate Spring Boot, and Kafka. project having models for database operations and it contains lots of methods for performing the task. Project having models like AlarmIncident, AlarmPropertyDetails, SourceDetails, QrtzJobDetails etc. This project gives a specific id for every alarm and alarm properties and stores all the information about these models and having the required functionalities for performing task with these models. User can know about the alarm details and properties value and their status like autoTT or Manual with their unique id.

This project having nodes and dto for Neo4j operations and it contains lots of methods for performing the task by inventory Delta Feeds. Our Project is a springboot project having models for 21C (CusttermerService21C, Device, Port, CMSANCard, CMSANDevice, IOMCard, MDACard, VP21C) and 20C (VP20C), CusttermerService20C, DSLAMCard, DSLAMDevice etc.) This project gives a specific id for every CustomerService and stores all the fault information and having the max threshold value. If the threshold value is more than max thresold, Rabit will create a syslog and sent it to smarts for monitoring purpose.
