Been a SPOC for billing team with external clients (EY) & EMIT team for providing the samples for audit on request basis. For testing on the samples provided by the EMIT also providing feedback on the accuracy, functionality, and its efficiency on the process. Implementation of BOT in the process, which eliminated the manual intervention and contributed to FTE reduction.
