CTO & Co-founder, Meelio | Building AI agents that automate clinical workflows in functional medicine
I'm the CTO and co-founder of Meelio. We're building AI agents that automate clinical workflows for functional and integrative medicine — documentation, lab analysis, care planning, meal plans. The kind of work that eats up a practitioner's day but doesn't require a human to do it. Functional medicine isn't a 15-minute PCP visit. It's complex, multi-system cases with extensive intake histories, dozens of biomarkers, and layered supplement protocols. Most clinical AI tools aren't built for that level of complexity. Meelio is. Before founding Meelio I spent eight years building regulated platforms at scale — Bosch eBike (connected mobility), DAZN (global sports streaming), and Bitvavo (crypto exchange). Systems handling millions of users and serious transaction volume, where getting security wrong isn't an option. That background shapes how I think about clinical software: HIPAA compliance as architecture, not a checkbox. I lead our technical strategy and product direction, and I'm still deep in the code daily. Happy to talk about LLM agent design, building for healthcare from day one, or why most EHR APIs make you want to quit software engineering.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has a diverse background, moving from IT consulting to backend development, and then to a CTO role. Their experience spans various industries (IT consulting, sports streaming, crypto exchange, health tech). While the target role is 'Blockchain Developer', the resume does not explicitly mention blockchain-specific projects or skills. This indicates a potential gap in direct cultural fit for a dedicated blockchain role, though their general software engineering and architectural skills are strong.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience as a CTO and co-founder suggests strong leadership, product strategy, and architectural decision-making skills. Their work on clinical-grade security standards indicates an understanding of critical system requirements. However, without psychometric test results, specific insights into logical reasoning, work attitude, stress handling, and team collaboration are unavailable.
