Delivered actionable retention insights by uncovering that Research & Development accounted for 56.12% of attrition, while Laboratory Technicians recorded the highest attrition count (62 employees).
Customer Shopping Behavior Analysis

Examined 3,900+ customer transactions and 18 attributes to uncover customer behavior, spending patterns, and product preferences.
