Machine Learning-Powered Web Platform for Heart Disease Prediction

Developed a dynamic web platform to predict heart disease risk using machine learning models(Logistic Regression, KNN, Decision Tree, Random Forest)implemented with Python.Designed a responsive frontend with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap; implemented backend functionalities using PHP and MySQL for secure user authentication and data handling.
