My name is Dhivya. I’ve been working as a Risk & Governance Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services since April 2024. My role covers access management, compliance reporting, reconciliation, inventory tracking, and operational support. I manage user access activities, ensure adherence to security policies, handle access reconciliations, and support security patching and software upgrades. I also provide L1 Technical Support, where I troubleshoot software issues, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and ensure SLA compliance. This has strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of end-to-end workflows — all critical for quality assurance. I hold certifications in Java Full Stack like SQL, Java, HTML, CSS, with strong knowledge of STLC and Manual Testing principles and Computer Graphics in NPTEL With my BCA background and testing fundamentals, I’m now looking to transition into a QA/Manual Testing and developer role where I can leverage my domain experience and technical skills to ensure high-quality software delivery. I was recently recognized with the Star Performer Award for November 2025 for my contributions.
