I am a customer-focused professional with 4+ years of experience across EdTech, working at organizations including EduMinds Learning, Hero Vired, TimesPro, and uFaber. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with users ranging from K-12 learners to senior professionals, CXOs, researchers, and entrepreneurs. These interactions helped me develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, decision-making, user pain points, and business outcomes. One of my most impactful initiatives involved identifying inefficiencies in a doctoral admissions funnel and launching a LinkedIn-led acquisition strategy that increased monthly enrollments from 2 to 4–5 and contributed 15–20% of program revenue. I also designed operational workflows, trained teams, and collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer experience and execution.
