Salesforce-LMS Integration

In this project, we connected Salesforce with an LMS. When a Contact was created in Salesforce, it automatically became a User in the LMS through configuration and API. We also managed course enrollments from Salesforce. A custom app and custom objects were built, and data was synced both ways — from Salesforce to LMS and LMS to Salesforce. Roles like Admin and Student were set up, and progress tracking was automated.

In this project, we integrated a Learning Management System (LMS) with Salesforce. We developed a custom Salesforce app with custom objects to manage course and user data. Data was synced from the LMS to Salesforce using APIs. We configured field mappings, automation flows, and set up user roles (Admin & Student). This helped centralize training data, track progress, and improve reporting.
