QTO CPQ Programme is Colt's enterprise initiative to improve their Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) process for faster and more accurate sales operations. The project involved customizing Oracle CPQ Cloud, integrating it with Salesforce (Sales Cloud), validating end-to-end pricing workflows, product configuration rules, discount approvals, and quote generation across multiple systems. Tasks included: understanding CPQ use cases, participating in sprint-wise analysis, preparing Query Tracker Sheet, designing and executing Test Cases in Azure DevOps, preparing detailed Test Data for complex pricing scenarios, performing end-to-end integration testing, executing data migration validation, performing various types of testing (Smoke, Sanity, Functional, Regression, Configuration-based), executing basic Selenium automation scripts, validating CPQ output documents, maintaining RTM, logging defects, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

The initiative allowed customers to select Colt as their preferred operator for PSTN voice services through the MS Teams admin portal. The programmed included C4C enhancements, CIC workflow updates, SIP On-Demand provisioning, API integrations, and backend validation. Tasks included: understanding SRS and user stories for APT, C4C, CIC and SIP modules; creating and executing Test Scenarios and Test Cases; performing sprint-wise testing; validating MS Teams Operator Connect workflows; performing API Testing; executing end-to-end Integration Testing; validating Data Migration; performing various types of testing (Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Functional, Cross-platform); executing basic Selenium automation scripts; reviewing Test Cases and preparing Test Data; logging defects in Jira; performing Mobile UI Testing; validating source data correctness using SQL queries; delivering daily status updates; and participating in Agile ceremonies.
