Smart camera detects a person who is in the camera vision. When the person is detected, it starts recording and when the person goes out of the camera vision it stops recording. We used haar cascade (a machine learning object detection algorithm) to identify faces in our code. It detects the faces in every frame, if a face is detected the video recording starts. The video recording stops after 5 seconds of not detection.
