With more than 20 years of experience, I’ve led complex transformations across both the public and private sectors. Before BWE, I served as the first Chief AI Officer in the government technology industry, pioneering enterprise AI adoption at federal agencies. I also founded and scaled a company delivering AI and automation for regulated industries - building a 100+ person team, raising more than $50M in venture capital, and leading it through a successful exit. Earlier in my career, I worked on Capitol Hill as a senior communications and policy advisor, experience that continues to shape my approach to leading change at scale. My personal mission has always been to fix what’s broken and built what doesn’t exist.
