Contributed to customer-facing E-commerce workflows, including product listing pages, cart, checkout UI, and order-related screens. Worked on Cart functionality, Payment option selection UI, and related user interactions within an existing Next.js application. Collaborated with senior engineers to understand end-to-end E-commerce flows from product discovery to order placement. Implemented UI enhancements and minor feature updates while following established architectural and coding standards. Gained hands-on exposure to Next.js routing, Data etching patterns, and Production-grade E-commerce workflows.

Ticketing System (Internal Application)

Lead the frontend development of an internal Employee Ticketing System used for issue tracking, approvals, and resolution workflows. Designed and implemented the complete ticket lifecycle: Creation → Assignment → Approval → Resolution → Acknowledgment. Acted as Module lead, managing a 5-member frontend team, including task breakdown, sprint planning, and delivery tracking. Worked closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive UI workflows. Improved usability and adoption through iterative UI enhancements based on user feedback.

Owned the frontend development of a large-scale Order Management System used by operations and support teams to manage orders, customers, inventory, and order lifecycles. Designed and developed scalable admin dashboards with complex data tables, advanced filters, pagination, and role-based access control. Built 20+ reusable UI components and state management logic, supporting high-volume operational workflows used daily across 450+ store operations. Integrated multiple REST APIs and ensured efficient data rendering and state synchronization. Collaborated closely with backend and QA teams to deliver stable, production-ready features. Actively handled UI enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements in a live production environment.
