• Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations (e.g., Airbus project) covering configuration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Strong background in SAP MM application support (L2/L3) for clients like Unilever, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and adherence to SLAs.
• Experience in managing SAP MM Master Data in S/4HANA Private Cloud, ensuring clean-core and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, WM) to resolve integration issues and prepare user documentation (SOPs, help documents).
