Myself Ashmit Shaw, I am pursuing my B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) from SRM Institute and currently my CGPA is 8.47. Basically I am a backend developer doing works mainly in Java, Spring Boot and SQL. Making REST APIs and playing with databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL is my core focus. Also nowadays I am doing preparation for AWS foundational cloud certification and learning Kafka, as system architecture catching my interest too much. I am very much eager to learn new things and put my best effort in work. Coming to my experience, I have worked as an Instructor in Katadanga North Janata Arya Vidyalaya (a Govt. Sponsored school). There I gave teaching of AI and Data Science basics to Class 8 to 10 school students. Beside this I also done one virtual job simulation program of TATA Data Visualisation. For my hands-on projects, I built one engine called PulsePoint for IoT data using Java 17, Spring Boot and PostgreSQL. In this project I put Docker to containerize the whole stack. I also used Redis caching so that database queries become very fast. One more main project I did is SQL Data Engineering where I clean duplicate records from a big Global Layoffs dataset by writing advanced SQL queries and CTEs.
