I made my own datatype in C++ in an attempt to solve a question on HackerRank known as "Fibonacci Modified", although even after writing this code I was unsuccessful in solving this question because of TLE Error, I was just able to pass 7 test cases out of 10, but I will try to optimize this code over time and I will solve this question one day.
View ProjectYouTube-Video-Downloader-Incomplete

I tried to make a console based "YouTube Video Downloader" in JavaScript using ChatGPT, I don't know anything about JavaScript personally - I just kept prompting ChatGPT about what to build, and I wasn't able to make this work. Honestly it is incomplete and not working at all. Gotta learn JavaScript to build this :)

View ProjectCultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's personal projects show a strong inclination towards self-learning and exploration of various technical topics, including C++, JavaScript, Git, System Design, and AI-related keywords. This indicates a curiosity and a desire to grow, which can be a positive cultural fit for a learning-oriented environment. However, the projects are predominantly personal and lack evidence of collaborative work or contributions to larger systems, which might impact fit in a team-centric development culture. The target role is 'Java Backend developer', but the projects primarily showcase C++ and JavaScript, with no explicit Java projects, indicating a potential mismatch in immediate technical alignment.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's project descriptions indicate a self-driven learning approach and a willingness to tackle challenging problems. However, the lack of completed professional projects or team-based work makes it difficult to assess collaboration, stress handling, or direct operational fit. The candidness about project failures suggests a degree of self-awareness.
