Performed manual testing on both web and mobile apps for functionality like plan selection, recharge flow, payment processing, and confirmation SMS. Validated successful balance updates and plan activations after recharge. Reported bugs in JIRA and worked closely with the development team to track and verify fixes. Used SQL queries to verify recharge history and transaction logs from the backend database. Participated in daily stand-up calls and test case review sessions.
