SBI SMS Seva Portal - Banking Communication Platform

This project involved working on the SBI SMS Seva Portal, a banking communication platform for SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS Channels. My role as a QA Engineer included conducting UI web application testing for Template and Campaign Management modules, creating, executing, & validating end-to-end messaging templates & campaigns from UI to delivery workflow. I performed DB validations post template and campaign creation to verify correct data sync across modules, ensured message routing compliance with banking security & regulatory standards. I also developed an Automation POC using Java, Selenium, TestNG, Maven with reporting in Cucumber BDD & POM model, and automated high priority end-to-end template and campaign workflows to accelerate future regression cycles.

As a Software Tester for Fleet view at Keorber, my responsibilities included collaborating with clients and development teams on daily and weekly calls to understand requirements and work on defect resolution. I analyzed user stories and prepared test cases covering all scenarios. I also held knowledge-sharing sessions for new team members to help them understand the application better. I initiated QA test execution when user stories moved to the QA testing phase and was responsible for raising and tracking defects until closure, including defect analysis & management.

As a QA Engineer for Motor360 at Ojas Innovative Technologies Pvt Ltd., my responsibilities included attending Scrum calls, Daily Standup Meetings, and Retrospective meetings. I was involved in understanding test requirements and authoring test cases for functionalities, checking requirements in the application, and updating daily and weekly status reports to stakeholders. I also contributed to the preparation of RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix), performed functional testing, retesting, and regression testing.
