Our project detects such faults early using vibration analysis. Vibration signals from sensors are converted to digital form, preprocessed, and analyzed using AI techniques like Neural Networks and SVM. Faults are identified in real-time and logged with timestamps on a web server, with alerts sent to operators. This economical system helps reduce yarn wastage and improve production efficiency, making it ideal for medium-scale textile industries and adaptable to other sectors as well.
