This is an application developed in .NET which is connected to bank core banking system via API calls. Responsibilities included: Testing of various modules of internet banking application, Preparation of test cases for Web application and API, Tested module features like payments/Card payments/Bills, Transactions, Reversal Flow, Fund Transfer, Accounts, service request, etc., Implemented performance testing, API testing using postman, Verification of transactions from CORE banking, Verification of API response are matching with OpenAPI/swagger file, Verify the transactions details are updated in CORE using SQL database queries.
e-KYC

As a part of Digital transformation, CBB introduced National eKYC service which is operated by BENEFIT. This service allows bank's internal system to integrate with BENEFIT's eKYC Platform to fetch customer's KYC information from a national digital identity database like blockchain and IGA. It is a web-based application which has an API gateway along with a front-end GUI for performing KYC related functionalities. Responsibilities included: Analysed the requirement document -SRS, prepared Testcases includes positive and negative scenarios, Uploaded the Testcases to TFS after reviewed by test manager, Done the API Testing using Postman-Shared API collection link from dev team and verified the API request and response as per client API spec document, Deployment in QA environment-Build deployment in QA environment and start the testing based on the testcases document, Tested the application based on the testcases document, Prepared the Test execution report and updated the testing status, Reported the bugs in Microsoft devops tool like, AZURE, TFS/JIRA and assigned to dev team, Done Retesting and Regression testing, Accessed to Client server and done the System Integration Testing-Verified the server readiness and start the deployment using latest build in their environment, Accessed to client Production server and executed the server readiness and deployment.
Credit Data Submission System

The requirements for submission of credit data, between credit providers and Al Ethihad credit bureau [AECB]. The process starts with credit provider submitting its data to the credit bureau. The credit bureau then passes the data through data validation process. The valid data is loaded into the credit bureau database. The invalid data is not loaded into the credit bureau database and is used to create an error file which is sent back to the credit providers detailing record by record the errors. The credit providers then correct these records and resubmit them (C mode) to AECB. Responsibilities included: Import the customer's credit related files through database SQL, Checking the validation errors from CDSS system, The credit providers then correct these records and resubmit them (C mode) to AECB, Checking of valid data is submitted or not to AECB system [Prepare the SQL queries and checking the corresponding tables], Checking the AECB response through CUTE FTP, Login the application and check the submission history through dashboard and reports.
