Technicians receive assigned repair tasks, update the status of repairs as they progress, and generate bills upon repair completion. They manage payment statuses, marking as done when receiving the cash from the customers. Customers have the option to make payments securely through the COD system upon receiving their repaired devices. Users can view the status of all their repair requests and provide valuable feedback on their service experience.
