Hello, my name is Anil Sharma. I have 4 years of experience as a QA Engineer in SaaS-based products. I worked on AI-driven platforms like Chatbot, Voice Bot, Live Chat, and Help Desk systems. My main focus was end-to-end testing, functional testing, and integration testing to ensure stable and high-quality releases. I was part of complete release cycles, coordinating with developers and ensuring the product was production-ready before deployment. My core responsibilities include requirement analysis, detailed test case design, functional and regression testing, API validation using Postman, cross-browser and cross-device testing, and complete release verification. I have managed more than 2000 issues in JIRA, including bug tracking, task management, and user stories. I actively participate in sprint planning, defect triage meetings, and release discussions as part of the Agile process. Additionally, I have been involved in client discussions to understand their custom requirements and real-time challenges while using our chatbot, live chat, and help desk platforms. Based on those discussions, I coordinate closely with the development team and ensure proper end-to-end validation before deployment. I have tested chatbot deployments across websites, mobile applications, third-party platforms, and social media channels, including GPT bots, Voice bots, Inquiry bots, Appointment bots, and other customized implementations. I have worked with both small-scale and enterprise-level clients, ensuring they receive a reliable, scalable, and high-quality SaaS solution. Overall, my focus is always on delivering a seamless user experience while maintaining product quality and stability.
