Number porting, or Mobile Number Portability (MNP),allows mobile users to retain their phone numbers when switching between service providers. This system is designed to enhance consumer flexibility and competition among carriers. Initiation: The user requests number porting from the new service provider. Verification: The new provider verifies the user's identity and porting eligibility. Request Submission: The new provider submits a porting request to the current provider. Approval: The current provider checks for any contractual obligations or outstanding payments and either approves or rejects the request. Porting Execution: Once approved, the porting process is scheduled and the number is transferred. SIM Activation: The user receives and activates a new SIM card from the new provider. Service Continuity: Service is briefly interrupted during the switch but is generally seamless. Responsibilities: Performed Automation and API testing on each and every module using Selenium Web driver. Prepared and enhanced the Test scripts document according to the functionalities. Regression testing was performed after each and every new build of the application. Designed and executed test scripts according to the Functional requirement document. Performed Smoke, Sanity, Integration Testing, Retesting and Regression Testing.
Project Management Tracking System (PMTS)

The Project Management Module has been enhanced to improve project oversight and resource management. The Create Project page is now simplified and accessible only to Admin users. Projects can now include key relational data such as Customer, Contract, Task Order, and CLIN. New fields like Schedule Variance Thresholds and Allocated Hours support better planning and tracking. A Primary Project Manager must now be assigned to each project, with only Admins able to modify this field, while other properties are editable by Project Managers. A new Task Allocation feature shows Resource Load (hrs/day) to assist in resource planning. Additionally, resources can now be marked inactive per project, disabling time entry and adjusting allocated hours to match worked hours. These improvements promote better accuracy, flexibility, and control in managing projects and teams across the organization.
