Express Scripts Inc. (ESI) The project is to support and maintain all the claim services applications of ESI. It comprises of resolving Help desk tickets from end user, production defect from users and claim history data loading. As part of resolving the phase involves analysis of the ticket, Design and coding for monthly release of code changes to production and system testing for the code changes. Responsibilities: Understanding the Business Requirements. Writing Test Scenarios and Test cases, and involved in peer reviews. Writing SQL Queries to retrieve test data and for database validations.

Citi Connect Trade is a web-based platform supporting needs of buyers and suppliers under open account. Citi Connect trade provides payable management, invoice presentation, receivable discounting, and invoice management in an integrated platform. Citi Connect trade is designed to streamline the process from invoice issuance to final settlement. Buyers can upload electronic invoices and upload payment files on Citi Connect Trade. The payment instructions are warehoused in Citi Connect Trade for future payment. The platform has a strong "Event Notification" capability to send email alerts based on the pre-defined events, to provide the latest status of transactions. Buyers can access status of their payment instructions anytime, anywhere in the preferred language. This Application contains five Modules: General, Administration module, Supplier finance management, Accounts receivable, purchase, and Backend processing. Responsibilities: Understanding the business flow based on functional specifications and use cases. Updated the test cases and involved in peer reviews. Executed the test cases for Functional, U and Regression Testing and raised defects. Coordinated with BAs and developers for Defect Analysis and their fixes. Attended daily status calls and client calls. Created Automation scripts which include re-usable components and Descriptive Programming. Executed the Automation scripts and involved in debugging. Maintained the whole automation testing process in Quality Center modules. (Requirements, Test Plan, Test Lab and Defects module). Maintained the bug life cycle and reporting the status. Responsible for initiating status calls with onsite team. Executed the Automation scripts for regression testing and analyzing test results. Maintained Bug Lifecycle and Defect Tracking.
