Currently working as a Software Tester at The Card Company in the FinTech domain, focusing on a Digital Wallet Application. My responsibilities include performing manual testing on Android and iOS mobile applications, designing and executing test cases for critical functionalities like Login, KYC, Wallet Recharge, UPI, Card Payments, and Bill Payments. I conduct various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, retesting, UI/UX, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing. I also perform API testing using Postman and database testing with SQL. A key part of my role is validating the application across multiple devices, OS versions, and screen sizes, and testing under challenging conditions like poor network, low battery, and interruptions. I log defects in JIRA and collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. I actively participate in Agile Scrum activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, I am responsible for preparing test execution reports, defect reports, and test summary documents.
We Care Health Solution (Healthcare Web Application)

We Care Health Solution is an online service where hospital staff can use this Web application and see the Today's Cases/booking details, Upcoming/Scheduled cases & Completed cases, and visit the patient location for providing services such as (Physiotherapy required for knee pain etc.). Responsibilities included: Analyzing requirements and preparing Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases. Performed Smoke, Functional, GUI, Regression, and Compatibility Testing. Designed, executed, and reviewed test cases based on Functional Specification Documents, Use Cases, and Wireframes. Gained hands-on experience in UI automation using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript, developing and maintaining end-to-end test scripts for web applications across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit. Prepared Traceability Matrix for test coverage, reported and tracked defects using JIRA, and created Selenium IDE scripts for quick functionality testing. Also developed and enhanced Selenium 2 (WebDriver) regression scripts using Java and TestNG annotations. Participated in review meetings with Business Analysts and Developers for defect resolution, and managed weekly status reporting.

My responsibilities included analyzing requirements and preparing Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases. I performed automation testing through Selenium (WebDriver) for various functionalities, focusing on Regression/Smoke testing. I was involved in requirement analysis, information gathering, and checking the automation feasibility of the application. I implemented a Data-driven framework using Selenium & Java, understood the Requirements and Functional Specifications, and prepared and executed Test scenarios, Test suites, Test cases, and Test scripts. I created and executed Test Cases, reviewing the User Interface, and was responsible for assigning priority & severity of defects. I also developed and enhanced Selenium 2 (WebDriver) regression scripts using Java and TestNG, attended review meetings with Business Analysts and Developers for defect resolution, sent weekly status reports, and used C# for writing test scripts for automation.
